We have been closing Commercial Real Estate Loans since 1997 and have closed several thousand of them. We strike a balance of what is profitable for us and a good deal for our clients. We many times have to do a 2 step loan utilizing our Private Money and then taking it out later with permanent financing at a low rate on a 30 year fixed loan. We are a full-service firm and we go the additional mile in keeping your stress levels down. We additionally have hard money if you have to close fast or fund a property that is losing cash. Most of our clients have been turned down by their bank before calling us and we get them closed. We make rich people wealthy by building them up with Real Estate.
